FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for First Lutheran School .  All Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an online application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by April 15th prior to the academic year the student is applying.  Applicants can apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. The following information is required in order for FACTS to process your application:

1. Signed and completed online application.
2. Payment of the $20 application fee.
3. Copies of your most recent tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.*
4. Copies of your most recent W-2 form for both you and your spouse. *
5. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF. *

Kindergarten

Requirements:

• Age 5 by September 1st of current year
• Assessment of developmental readiness
• Compliance with state immunization requirements
• Payment of the registration fee

Procedures:

1. Submit the following to the school office:

• The completed enrollment application along with the application fee
• A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate

2. The principal will schedule an appointment for an interview with the parent and student and for an assessment of developmental readiness.   Please bring a copy of the applicant’s immunization records to the  interview. (The student must be fully immunized before school begins.)

3. Upon acceptance, payment of the registration fee guarantees enrollment.

Grades 1-8

Requirements:

• Applicants for Gr. 1 must be 6 years old by September 1^st
  • Acceptable academic performance and character development
  • Immunization records
  • Payment of the registration fee

Procedures:

1. Submit the following to the school office.

• The completed enrollment application along with the application fee
• A copy of the applicant’s current and/or previous year’s report card

2. The principal will schedule an appointment for an interview with the student and parent.  Please bring a copy of the applicant’s most recent standardized test scores, if available, and a copy of the applicant’s immunization records.

3. Upon acceptance, payment of the registration fee guarantees enrollment.
